United States

We ship to all 50 United States! Shipping rates depend on the shipping destination. Check out our "Shipping Rates" section to learn more about shipping costs.

canada

We ship to all Canadian provinces! Shipping rates depend on the shipping destination. Check out our "Shipping Rates" section to learn more about shipping costs.

International

International shipping is not currently available. Some items such as lithium batteries, matches, some personal protective equipment, etc cannot be shipped internationally. We are working on finding a solution to this issue.

Xtent Survival holds no liability for shipping deliveries that could be impacted by customs duties, delays, loss due to natural disasters, or disruptions in air and ground transportation services.

Shipping Rates

SHIPPING RATES

United States:

-Xtent Survival offers FREE Shipping on all orders $100+ in the United States.

Alaska & Hawaii:
-For Alaska & Hawaii, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Canada:
-Shipping within Canada is FREE for orders over $138.01 CAD. There is a $15-17 CAD flat fee for Canadian orders between $100-$350 CAD, due to higher shipping costs to the following provinces: NWT, YT, NU, QC, NL & The Maritimes

-Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
-Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
-Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
-Local Delivery (Orange County, CA): Within 24 hours
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of ordering (Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST).

Returns/Refunds

To start a return, contact Customer Service with your order number and reason.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Perishable and final sale items are non-returnable. Opened items may be eligible for a partial refund with a restocking fee. Customers cover return shipping unless we made an error.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, contact our customer service team at info@xtentsurvival.com with your order number.

Stolen Packages

For stolen packages, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier. If unresolved after 60 days, Xtent Survival may issue store credit. No refunds for stolen packages requiring a signature, including Shelter Packs.

Refund Policy

Xtent Survival accepts returns within 30 days. Non-refundable items are clearly marked, and non-defective returns may incur a restocking fee. Refunds are processed promptly for a smooth experience.
